Boot Procedure
MCH configuration
GSI network does not allow more than one MAC address connected per switch port.
MCH must:
- be connected to GSI netwrok over FRT_1 port
- have Port Based VLAN option enabled
- all ports blocked from FRT_1 except CPU1
- CPU1 enabled to UPDB and FRT_1
