Configure FMC1 DIO 5CH
1. Set termination on channel 1 and 2 (0x00710010 = 0x03)
2. Set Alternate function (0x00710014 = 0x0C)
3. set direction on channel 3 and 4 (0x00710008 = 0x0C)
Configure MLVDS:
1. set direction on channel 1 and 2 (0x00710008 = 0x03)
2. Set Alternate function (0x00710014 = 0x03)
