Serielle Fernauslese mit LANTRONIX® UDS1100 Modul
| Das oben beschriebene PA-Frontend besitzt einen integrierten halbduplex RS485-Bus mit dessen Hilfe der Hubzähler des PA-Terminals fernausgelesen werden kann. Der RS485-Feldbus hat den Vorteil, dass das Frontend weniger complex sein darf und damit auch weniger anfällig gegen die am Beschleuniger auftretende harte Strahlung ist. Das LANTRONIX® UDS1100 Modul als Schnittstellenwandler Ethernet ⇒ RS485 seriell wird zur Fernauslese benutzt. Das Gerät hat eine eigene IP und kann so sowohl im Rahmen der SPS-Einheit erreicht werden, als auch in einer unabhänigigen Desktopsoftware für Wartungspersonal. Dafür existiert bereits eine linuxbasierte Fernauslesesofware “patool”. | PA-Frontend as discribed in this project has an built in RS485-fieldbus for communication: that enables remote read out of movement counter within PA-Terminal.
