Already in 1995, four GSI-made FCTs T-DS114 had been installed in the GSI HEST lines:

After 2005, commercially available FCTs from Bergoz Instrumentation have been added to SIS 18 and ESR:

Main characteristics of the installed FCTs:
GSI FCT HEST
- model no.: T-DS114
- ID = 160mm
- sensitivity/ransimpedance: 0.23 V/A
- @termination: 50 Ω
- low freq. cutoff: ~2 kHz
- high freq. cutoff: ~300 MHz
Bergoz FCT SIS18
- model no.: FCT-260-50:1-LD-H
- ID = 260 mm
- sensitivity/transimpedance: 0.5 V/A
- @termination: 50 Ω
- low freq. cutoff: ~200 Hz
- high freq. cutoff: ~690 MHz
- separate output for Ring RF through power divider, which reduces sensitivity by factor 2 !
