REMOTE POWER CYCLE:

A PLC system, designed to offer a remote power cycle for a variety of devices.
Consisting of a HMI and an IO-station in the ELR , LSB and YR Container.
IO-stations are connected by optical fiber.
An additional ethernet controller (Weidmüller) providing a HMI VNC access for the ACC network.

PLC HARDWARE:

Providing 3x IO-Station with 48 digital each and a HMI touchscreen to control the power cycle of attached devices.

• CPU 1516-3 PN/DP - the main controller
• CP 1543-1 - for ethernet communication

• SIMATIC ET 200SP - profinet adapter
• IM 155-6 PN HF - IO device
• DQ 8x24VDC/0.5A HF - digital output (2x)
• DQ 16x24VDC/0.5A ST - digital output [2x]
• SCALANCE XB004-2 - switch profinet/opticcal fiber

11/2020 - System is still under construction and supposed to be running by 01/2021 for a first RPC test with a bunch of Liberas

01/2021 - System up and running. Hardware installation complete, IO Device ELR aktiv, LSB and YR present but currently disabled (optical fiber connection check)
