SIS8864 64bit I/O

to use MLVDS signals for latchin output pattern, the modules MLVDS output (register 0x12) must be disabled
it is possible to use the 8 external MLVDS signals as a an 8bit index (256 values) for the pattern buffer
- the pattern will be latches if the levels change
- all lines low is a valid pattern (index 0) and will be latched
- thus: to have a specific output pattern, the MLVDS lines must hold their level as long as the output should be valid
