===== Ablass =====

A system to record and display analog and virtual signals for SIS and HEBT devices. It provides for high resolution signal info as a function of time (spill structure), long time trending and integral count rates (per cycle).

===== BIF Monitor =====

Beam Induced Fluorescence Monitor for non intercepting transverse profile measurements in residual gas on a single shot basis. In this [[projects:bif-monitor:overview]] you can find further information about the BIF-principle its application at GSI UNILAC and ongoing research.

===== Beam Position Monitor (BPM-SIS18) =====

This project is handled by SD, BEL and Cosylab and will be realized with FESA.

===== CCC (Cryogenic Current Comparator) =====

The project was started for FAIR, readopting the old CCC (GSI/FSU Jena - A. Peters et. al.)

===== Novel DC Current Transformer (N-DCCT) =====

The N-DCCT is a DC beam current transformer, based on GMR magnetic sensor technology. It is designated to measure the high intensity beam currents circulating in the FAIR synchrotron SIS100.
