====== ESR BI Upgrade ======
In the frame of the BIDUCOR project an upgrade of ESR beam instrumentation is necessary, too. Goals of these upgrade activities are: 
  * modernization of the equipment
  * standardization of technical solutions, e.g. usage of LIBERAs for BPMs etc.
  * required updates of the ESR BI to allow retrofit and CS restart in 2018
  * technical preparations for the full digital control room

  * analogue signal must be available in HKR, required by experimentalists
  * only 2 measurement ranges are typically in use
  * DAQ upgrade similar to SIS18 should be foreseen
