====== Author Instructions ======

The LOBI document number is simply an ID number that allows to include any information to the data base. If you have a document, talk, presentation, publication, wiki page, etc. that you would like to add to the LOBI documents:\\

| 1) Goto the document page of the current year, e.g. [[playground:playground:lobi-lib:2014:overview|Documents 2014]],\\ and get the last entry, e.g. GSI-LOBI-2014-02. | The new document ID begins with:\\ <color blue>GSI-LOBI-2014-03</color>. |
| 2) Decide on <color blue>document type and short title/topic </color>\\ to complete nomenclature. | Full nomenclature:\\ <color blue>GSI-LOBI-2014-03-EXP-QFW Test</color> |
| 3) <color blue>Create</color> your document page and <color blue>copy</color> dummy input from template\\ [[playground:playground:lobi-lib:doc-template|GSI-LOBI-20XX-XX-XX-XXXXX]] | In Browser, define new URL: \\ "...:lobi-lib:2014:<color blue>2014-03</color>"  | 
| 4) <color blue>Replace</color> dummy input (title, author list, keywords, etc.)\\ and <color blue>Upload document(s) </color>. |  [[lobi-lib:2014:2014-03| GSI-LOBI-2014-03-EXP-QFW Test]] |
