-Starting in Feb. 2016 a sequence of bi-weekly project meetings has been set up in order to organize and prepare for the required upgrade of diagnostic devices.\\

-Apart from the preparation of presentations and meeting minutes the goal of the meetings is to collocate information on the various diagnostic systems and to generate a central document containing all relevant technical information about the required upgrade measures.
