The action of the RESET command depends on the duration of the signal or of the press action: RESET Signal: 100÷200 ms; only the CPU is reset and the whole system resumes its operation from the beginning. All the channels which are ON remain ON, channels which are OFF remain OFF. More than 1000 ms; also the boards are reset and the channels which are ON are dropped to zero at the maximum rate available and turned off RESET push-button: “short” pressure; only the CPU is reset and the whole system resumes its operation from the beginning. All the channels which are ON remain ON, channels which are OFF remain OFF “long” pressure; also the boards are reset and the channels which are ON are dropped to zero at the maximum rate available and turned off After the RESET, the system will react so as to Power-On: if the Power-On option is enabled, each channel will be restored in the same condition it was before the RESET at the correct rate. If it is disabled, all the channels will be off, independently from the condition in which they were before the RESET. N.B.: please note that any type of reset command must be enabled via software in the RESET FLAG Configuration window by tagging the relevant reset condition. The occurrence of RESET is also signalled by RST FLAG output signal, according to the software user’s settings.\\ \\ \\ **CAEN HV Crate Manual:** \\ \\ {{:ds:plc:sy5527_rev10.pdf|sy5527_rev10.pdf}}
